Community Mobility Lab
The Community Mobility Lab investigates physical activity and sedentary patterns, and their relationship to mobility levels across various adult populations, including: older adults, adults at retirement, adults in assisted living and those with hip fracture. In collaboration with individual and community stakeholders, the Community Mobility Lab develops and tests interventions aimed to minimize disability and sedentary time, improve mobility and physical activity levels, and promote healthy aging.
