The Centre for Hip Health and Mobility
The Centre for Hip Health and Mobility (CHHM) is unique. It focuses internationally-recognized research, clinical, and teaching expertise on one anatomical region – a region associated with substantial patient suffering. In Canada, two hip conditions – hip osteoarthritis and hip fracture – account for over $16 billion in annual costs.
